I saw an opportunity to shift Head & Shoulders from a purely clinical solution to a brand rooted in confidence and care. H&S became a subline built around hydration, strength, and the celebration of diverse hair types. The ampersand became the central symbol, representing balance and connection. From there, I developed a flexible system that extends across packaging, motion, social, and in-store experiences.
